Admission Policy
The polytechnic admits both boys and girls. Reservation will be made as per the norms prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Admission to Diploma course is directly made by the Institute.

Eligibility:
- All the candidates , who have passed the X std . are eligible for admission to the first year of the three year diploma course.
- Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary examination (+2/Academic/ Pures Science / Vocational) / ITI Pass are directly admitted to the second year(lateral entry)
Age Limit:
There is no age limit.
Reservation Details
Special reservations and merit wise communal reservations are adopted as per the Govt. of Tamilnadu rules and regulations.
